SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For made to order (custom orders), those take about 1-3 weeks depending on where in the custom order list your order is. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For shipping please allow extra time as USPS shipping may have delays due to the unforeseen delays, especially during holiday season.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.
There are also no exchanges if you have changed your mind.
If you have accidentally placed the same order twice, I can cancel one of the orders.
PAYMENT METHOD
All major credit and debit company cards are accepted through the website. PayPal is not available at the moment.
