Creations are prices based on materials and time spent making the creation. Based on sizing, prices vary.

I offer ready to ship items as well as made to order items. The ready to ship inventory is already made. For made to order/custom orders, please allow 1-4 weeks depending on the order number and size of the creation.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing custom orders. 5-7 business days for the processing of ready made items. I am an one woman show and would like to provide great quality for any JES Thread Home creation. I appreciate your patience.

Handmade items are delicate and should be washed like such. Hand washing is always the BEST option if possible. If washing by hand is not accessible, follow the instructions on the product page based on the kind of yarn the creation was made with.

For ready to ship items, yes. If the item arrives damaged. For made to order/custom orders, due to hygeine reasons and the nature of custom orders, these orders are not able to be returned for a refund.

Currently international shipping is unavailable. We only ship within the United States of America.

YES! If you send an email with both order numbers to jesthreadhome@gmail.com, I can combine orders if the name or the order is the same. Also, combining is only possible if you have not received a shipping confirmation yet.
